Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled personal assistant to senior executives to provide high-level administrative support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Schedule Management: Manage executives' schedules, appointments, and events.
  2. Document Handling: Handle confidential documents, emails, and correspondence.
  3. Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  4. Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  5. Internal Liaison: Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
  6. Record Keeping: Organize and maintain files, records, and important documents.
  7. Project Support: Assist in special projects, office administration, and event planning.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a personal assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
