Functional Consultant Oracle Fusion HCM

  • An experienced professional is sought to work on end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP HCM project, focusing on modules such as Global Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, and more.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of working experience in the HR department with Oracle fusion HCM, preferably in a US-based company running US Payroll.
  • Familiarity with all project phases: Design Phase, Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, and Testing & Production Support is required.
  • Key skills include research, learning, troubleshooting, and supporting complex system customizations.
  • A Master's degree in Core HR or relevant field, along with extensive experience in HR functions of a large organization with 2000+ employees, is desired.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary to present ideas, recommendations, and be an influencer.

Suitable Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates must have at least 5 years of working experience in the HR department with Oracle fusion HCM, preferably in a US-based company running US Payroll.
  • Prior experience of implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP HCM project from End-to-End, in at least one or more of these modules: Global Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Management, Workforce Compensation is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments is required.
  • Familiarity with business processes and redesign if needed, as well as configuration application modules, demonstrate application functionality, develop test plans/scripts and manage system testing, assess production readiness, plan and execute data migration, create, deliver and manage user training.
