Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Junior PHP WordPress Developer to join our in-house development team. In this role, you will be assisting in creating and developing high-quality WordPress based websites and web applications.

Responsibilities:
  1. We require a developer with strong background in Frontend Development including HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap 5, Font Awesome with extensive experience in WordPress custom theme development.
  2. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the UI/UX designer to implement and develop responsive website designs ensuring an optimal user experience across different devices and browsers.
  3. This position involves developing custom WordPress themes according to project requirements.
  4. Candidates should be able to customize and enhance existing WordPress themes to meet specific project needs.
  5. The selected individual will write clean efficient and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
  6. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or bugs that arise during the development process is also a key responsibility of this role.
  7. Additionally the successful candidate will conduct website performance optimization to ensure fast page loading times and smooth user interactions.
  8. Collaboration with other team members to ensure seamless integration of the frontend and backend components is essential.
  9. Staying up to date with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices related to WordPress development is highly valued.
Requirements:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience is required.
  2. Proven experience as a PHP developer with expertise in WordPress theme development is necessary.
  3. Strong proficiency in PHP HTML CSS JavaScript/jQuery and MySQL is expected.
  4. Extensive knowledge of WordPress including theme and plugin development is also required.
  5. Experience with frontend frameworks and libraries such as React Vue.js is a plus.
  6. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows is also desired.
  7. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  8. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills are required.
  9. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines is expected.
  10. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also highly valued.
