Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled sales professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for identifying clients' needs and communicating with them in English professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify clients' needs and communicate with them in English professionally.
  • Work in the US time zone, which is 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Karachi.
  • Make outbound calls and engage in cold calling.
  • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Work on leads provided to achieve targets.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients and build rapport.
  • Help manage new and existing clients.
  • Suggest upgrades or additional products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and smooth communications over the phone.

Requirements

  • Graduate/High School/A 'Level and O 'Level.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Appealing appearance over the phone.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience in sales/customer service is a plus.
  • Freshers with similar skills are encouraged to apply.
  • 5 days working, Mondays through Fridays (Saturday & Sunday OFF) + Non-Rotational Shift (Fixed Shift).
  • FREE pick and drop for females.
  • Free training if selected.

Additional Requirements

  • Nighthawk, able to work at night.
  • Active communication and listening skills.
