Software Architect

We seek a seasoned professional to assume a leadership role in the development and maintenance of our web applications. This position requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional collaboration skills.

  • This is a high-level position that involves leading cross-functional teams and ensuring timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on technology and architecture.
  • The selected individual will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and promoting companywide coding standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate technical leadership by setting challenging goals and guiding the team towards successful project delivery. They will impact the direction and scope of our technical vision within their stream.
  • Closely collaborating with Product, Infrastructure, Design, UX, and Strategy teams to deliver high-quality products is essential for this role.
  • Hiring talented engineers and building High-Performing Teams is also an important responsibility.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 9 years of software engineering experience is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, ReactJS, and NextJS is necessary.
  • Experience working with CI/CD, automated testing, and other development processes is a must.
  • Understanding of creating highly scalable and available systems, as well as good leadership and mentoring principles, is required.
  • Experience working on high-traffic and large-scale web products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Agile Methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, and XP is expected.
