Chat Support Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Chat Support Executive. This role involves responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via email or chat.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, via email or chat.
  2. Feature Requests: Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
  3. Ticket Updates: Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
  4. Team Collaboration: Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
  5. Product Updates: Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
  6. Issue Resolution: Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  7. Feedback Gathering: Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, or Marketing teams.
  8. Mentorship: Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
  • CRM Understanding: Understanding of how CRM systems work.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Multitasking: Multi-tasking abilities.
  • Patient Attitude: Patience when handling tough cases.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
