Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our fast-paced team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through innovative strategies and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and have a proven track record of success in business development.

  • Familiarize yourself with our company's vision, mission, and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Collate and maintain client information in our CRM database.
  • Work closely with staff across departments to implement business growth strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, client service plans, and analyze sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field preferred.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  5. Strong organization and project management skills.
  6. Friendly and personable demeanor.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
