Human Resources Strategic Manager

Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing the development of the organization's recruitment and talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to identify staff vacancies, source new employees, interview, and select new hires.
  2. Compensation and Benefits Management: Analyze compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  3. Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide opportunities for employees to develop personally and professionally.
  4. Design and implement employee training programs.
  5. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management/appraisals.

You will work closely with management and employees to foster a positive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.

Job Specification:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years human resources experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strategic planning, problem resolution, and general management expertise.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
  • Knowledge of Technical Recruitment (especially in the IT Industry).
  • Ability to influence senior management and communicate effectively across levels.
  • Ability to architect and drive change.
  • Flexibility to work beyond standard working hours if required.

Location: Karachi Division, Pakistan.
