About Our Role
  • We're looking for an exceptional individual who will ensure 24/7 platform operations, including on-call support and incident response.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • You'll build and evolve AI agents that automate scaling, recovery, and diagnostics through control-plane patterns and event-driven logic.
  • You'll manage multi-cloud infrastructure, including serverless, through declarative, automated workflows.
  • You'll collaborate with our Delivery Platform team to improve DevEx with intelligent internal tooling.
  • You'll drive reliability, observability, and cost-efficiency across our global infrastructure.
  • You'll enable engineers with self-service, secure, and scalable delivery pipelines.
Requirements
  • You have a deep understanding of Linux fundamentals.
  • You have experience with AWS (primary) and GCP (bonus), including cost optimizations, EKS, networking, S3, VPC peering, IAM, and related services.
  • You have a strong understanding of Kubernetes internals, including networking, security, and cluster operations.
  • You have hands-on experience with GitOps workflows and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • You are proficient in Python, Go, or other languages.
  • You have experience with or a strong interest in building AI agents and RAG workflows.
