Marketing Operations Specialist

Famous Brands Pvt Ltd is Pakistan's leading business group, renowned for introducing various international brands to the country. Our portfolio includes Jockey, Hangten, Harmony, Khat e Poesh, Irfan Foods (PVT) Limited, and Irfan Sports. We strive to deliver quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the E-commerce and Marketing Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  2. E-commerce Operations: Oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy and availability. Monitor last-mile operations, including order dispatching, managing pending orders, and tracking order lead times. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.
  3. Marketing Support: Liaise with the design team, photographers, and marketing consultants to coordinate marketing efforts. Ensure the availability of marketing content, including ads, newsletters, and other materials from the design team. Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns both online and offline.
  4. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Monitor customer reviews and feedback, implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  5. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, or a related role. Basic skills in Shopify, Photoshop, and basic editing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
