Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as the technical expert and trusted advisor on cutting-edge commercial displays, video walls, and SMD LED screen solutions. You will partner closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and craft compelling solutions that demonstrate the value of our product portfolio. A combination of technical expertise in LED display technology and excellent communication skills is required to help bridge the gap between intricate technical details and business requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Crafting Compelling Solutions:
- Partnering with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop technical proposals that align with customer requirements.
- Preparing and delivering engaging, in-depth demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate the features, benefits, and competitive edge of our commercial displays and SMD LED screens.
- Collaborating with engineering, product management, and after-sales support teams for feedback and continuous improvement of our display products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field. Additional technical certifications in LED technologies or display systems are a plus.
- A minimum of 2–4 years' experience in a pre-sales engineering role—preferably within the digital signage, commercial display, or LED screen sector.
- Strong knowledge of commercial display systems, SMD LED screen design, and associated technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and customer focus.
