We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee all aspects of greenhouse operations, focusing on maintaining a clean, safe, and environmentally friendly work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

This role involves coordinating daily greenhouse activities, monitoring plant health, and addressing any pest or disease issues promptly.

Main Tasks:

  • Coordinate daily greenhouse activities, including planting, harvesting, and general maintenance.
  • Monitor plant health and address any pest or disease issues.
  • Collaborate with the agricultural team to implement innovative farming techniques.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure proper use of equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Agriculture and managing a greenhouse.
  • Strong knowledge of plant biology and environmental control systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
