Visual Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing concepts and graphics for brand campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials. They will ensure consistency in design quality by balancing speed, style, and scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging illustrations, infographics, and visual elements to support content and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visuals for campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Maintain brand identity across various ad formats, dimensions, and languages by adhering to established guidelines.
  • Design data visualization that is clear and concise.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to maintain innovative and fresh visual content.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects across various mediums.
  2. Have advanced proficiency in Figma.
  3. Be proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  4. Have an excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  5. Have experience designing for digital marketing, including social media, email, and web.
  6. Be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Have 4+ years of professional experience.
  2. Have experience working in a B2B environment.
  3. Have creativity and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering exceptional design work.
  4. Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing design needs and priorities.
  5. Have strong time management skills and be able to meet deadlines.
