Visual Creative Specialist

The role of a visual creative specialist involves defining requirements, conceptualizing and developing graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.
Effective visuals capture attention and communicate the right message. A creative flair and strong ability to translate requirements into design are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work methodically as part of a team are also required.
The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience through visually appealing designs and layouts that are on-brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine requirements from project briefs
- Schedule projects and define scope
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare concept sketches and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Apply appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Collaborate with copywriters and art directors to produce final design
- Test designs across various media
- Ensure final designs and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Create engaging visuals that capture attention
- Work on a variety of projects and develop your skills
- Collaborate with a talented team of creatives
