Responsibilities

The Support Team Leader will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring timely and effective responses to customer queries and calls.
  • Managing staff attendance and developing contingency plans for leaves.
  • Executing mega projects to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Coordinating daily with branches to ensure timely submission of delivery sheets.
  • Analyzing customer feedback to determine service requirements and improve operations.
  • Providing help desk resources and technical support to maximize customer operational performance.
  • Handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Resolving walk-in complaints and issues promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years' experience in customer care and team management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
