This role is focused on providing support to a management team within a corporate affairs division. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely and quality administrative support to the management team.
- Providing support to regulatory affairs including drafting letters and memos.
- Providing support to legal affairs team.
- Providing support in other public relations activities on an ad hoc basis to corporate affairs.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree with an added plus for MBA/MSc.
- Fresh graduate with 1-2 years of experience in a support/administrative role.
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
- Excellent computer knowledge in general and specifically in Microsoft Office suite especially in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Collaborative and proactive approach.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- High integrity and business ethics.
- Maintaining confidentiality.
