Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Animation Team Lead to join our team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for designing and producing engaging animations, motion graphics, and visual content that elevate our brand and product experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and producing high-quality 2D and 3D animations using Blender or similar tools.
  • Creating visually appealing conventional and modern animations for product demos, tutorials, and marketing campaigns.
  • Overseeing the creation of explainer videos that simplify complex concepts for SaaS products.
  • Applying VFX techniques and compositing to enhance visual storytelling.

You will lead, mentor, and grow a team of animators, ensuring effective collaboration and skill development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4–5 years of professional experience in animation, motion graphics, and video editing.
  • A proven track record of leading or mentoring animation teams or projects.
  • Strong expertise in 2D animation with solid exposure to 3D animation.
  • Proficiency in Blender (or similar tools such as Maya, Cinema 4D, etc.) for 3D work.
  • Hands-on mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro for animation and video editing.
  • Strong skills in VFX and compositing.
  • Experience producing explainer videos for SaaS products or tech-driven companies.
