We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our team.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for generating sales leads, engaging with potential customers over the phone, and promoting and selling home automation products and services.
- Prospecting and lead generation through telesales efforts
- Promoting and selling home automation solutions to new and existing customers
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven experience in business development or a related sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and convey technical information
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Resilience and ability to handle objections and rejection
