About the Project Leader Role

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee cross-functional teams to deliver innovative video streaming solutions. You will collaborate with Product Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing & Sales, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and address any deviations or risks proactively.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
  • Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet required quality standards.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of extensive experience in Project Leadership.
  • Exceptional knowledge and skills in Software product development, such as Web API, Service stack, integrations with Cloud PaaS, etc.
  • Strong communication (written/verbal) skills in English.
  • Flexible to work in different time zones.
  • Skills - PMP, SCRUM, Scheduling, WBS, Project Plan, Documentation, etc.
  • Technical - Knowledge of Systems, Cloud, Networks, Integrations, API, Performance, Testing, Compliances etc.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
