Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and expertise to enhance project implementation and partner collaboration.
  • Develop strategic plans and budgets for project activities, ensuring effective alignment with goals and targets.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant departments and partners to drive progress and results.
  • Seek external expertise and arrange support through field visits or other means.
  • Lead and manage field teams and implementing partners to meet project objectives.
  • Conduct regular field assessments, monitor processes, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Coordinate data collection and documentation efforts with the MEAL team.
  • Assist in preparing high-quality reports and other project documents.
  • Support initiatives to enhance project visibility and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop advocacy strategies and implement them effectively.
  • Maintain communication channels with government officials and ministries.
  • Ensure the recruitment of project staff adheres to established HR policies.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Support the development of malaria research studies as per the work plan.
  • Assist in crafting concept notes and proposals for funding opportunities.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with at least 5-6 years of experience and a strong educational background. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and a passion for improving healthcare services.
