Job Title: Sterilization Professional

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sterilization professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of sterilization, disinfection, and instrument preparation in accordance with established protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the receipt, inspection, and processing of surgical instruments and equipment
  • Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment according to established protocols
  • Maintain accurate records of sterilization and decontamination activities
  • Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient care

Requirements:

  • Surgical Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience in the field of central sterile supply department (CSSD) preferably in a hospital setting

Selection Criteria:

  • Candidates with relevant qualifications and experience will be given preference
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and high standards of hygiene
