About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EV Charging Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on electric vehicle (EV) chargers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostics and Repairs: Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues with EV chargers, performing necessary repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on EV batteries and charging systems to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest EV technology and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve EV performance and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to develop and implement new technologies and processes that enhance EV performance.
  • Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and any other concerns they may have.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A certification from a recognized automotive training program is highly desirable.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in an EV charger technician role is essential for this position.
