We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a data analysis role within a marketing/sales environment. They will be responsible for managing and analyzing large contact databases, creating and managing automated workflows and email sequences, and developing custom reports and dashboards within HubSpot.

Responsibilities
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub Management: Serve as a subject matter expert for HubSpot Marketing Hub, including its features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Workflow and Automation Development: Design, build, implement, and manage automated workflows and processes within HubSpot to streamline marketing and sales activities.
  • Email Sequence Management: Create, manage, and optimize automated email sequences for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Contact Database Management: Oversee the health and integrity of the HubSpot and ZoomInfo contact database, including segmentation, list creation, and data hygiene.
  • Data Scrubbing and Cleansing: Regularly perform data scrubbing and cleansing activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date records for sales, within HubSpot and for data provisioning for ABM.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a data analysis role within a marketing/sales environment.
  • Extensive hands-on experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub, with a deep understanding of its various features and functionalities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formula creation, data manipulation, and the creation of pivot tables.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. They will be passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates within HubSpot and the broader marketing technology landscape.
