Financial Costing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Costing Specialist to lead our product costing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and continuously improve product cost templates for all product lines.
- Coordinate with departments to collect and verify cost components (materials, labor, overheads, machine hours).
- Regularly update cost data in alignment with BOM changes, price fluctuations, and process improvements.
- Analyze cost variances and recommend cost-saving measures across procurement, production, and sales.
- Lead monthly cost review meetings with department heads to review costing accuracy and profitability.
- Support quoting/pricing decisions with accurate cost data.
- Integrate cost tracking and analysis with ERP system.
- Train departments on costing principles and reporting formats.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CA/ACMA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing costing role.
- Strong understanding of BOMs, process costing, activity-based costing, and overhead allocation.
- Proficient with ERP systems and Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
