About the Role:

We seek a Chief Cost Optimization Specialist to oversee product costing across departments. This strategic role focuses on building cost visibility, improving pricing accuracy, and enabling data-driven cost reductions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and continuously improve product and process cost templates for all product lines.
  • Coordinate with departments to collect and verify cost components (materials, labor, overheads, machine hours).
  • Analyze cost variances and recommend cost-saving measures across procurement, production, and sales.
  • Lead monthly cost review meetings with department heads to review costing accuracy and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or CA/ACMA/MBA preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing costing.
  • Strong understanding of BOMs, process costing, activity-based costing, and overhead allocation.

This is a critical role that requires a proactive problem solver, analytical skills, clear communication, and a process-driven mindset.
