As a key member of our sales unit, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage clients on social media platforms and identifying, connecting, and securing international clients to expand our business footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: You will develop and execute strategies to leverage social media platforms like Twitch, Discord, Twitter, and other social media channels to attract and retain clients.
- Lead and Mentor the Sales Team: You will lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets, analyze market trends and client needs to stay ahead of the competition, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with company objectives and ensure seamless communication throughout the organization.

Requirements:
- Sales Leadership Experience: You must have proven experience in sales leadership and achieving targets.
