About This Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales professional to lead our sales efforts in key channels. As a Sales Director Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth, collaborating with marketing teams, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth through various channels
  • Conduct regular feedback surveys to analyze client requirements and drive customer satisfaction
  • Support the development of new products from existing product lines, identifying opportunities for expansion
  • Identify potential partnering opportunities to foster sales networking and drive business growth
  • Maintain sales reports on a weekly basis to track progress and inform strategic decisions
What We're Looking For:

4 years of experience in IT/Data Center Business Sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth through sales initiatives. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of sales professionals.
