We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) professional to support the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Optimize IT service management processes and practices to enhance efficiency and productivity
  2. Manage incident, problem, change, and release management processes to ensure seamless delivery of services
  3. Lead and develop the ITSM team for high performance and continuous improvement through effective coaching and mentoring
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to align ITSM strategies with business objectives and drive strategic decision-making
  5. Implement and maintain ITIL best practices across the organization to promote standardization and consistency
  6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT services to inform business decisions and optimize resource allocation
  7. Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to ITSM tools and services to ensure optimal value and ROI
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Service Management, with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM tools and technologies, including ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, and other similar platforms
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve high performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing ITSM processes in a medium to large-scale organization, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations
  • Proficiency in multiple ITSM tools and technologies, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and environments
  • Experience in NOC (Network Operations Control) and SOC (Security Operations Control), with a strong understanding of network security and risk management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
  • Willingness to learn and grow, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training
