Job Title: Laboratory Service Coordinator

Description:

  • The laboratory plays a pivotal role in the delivery of fast and accurate testing results, globally accepted.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and verify laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Provide test-related information to patients, facilitating informed decision-making.
  3. Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining records according to laboratory policy.
  4. Confirm test requirements with patients, ensuring specimens are collected accordingly.
  5. Handle telephone inquiries and patient appointments for special tests, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • One year of work experience as a Receptionist in a reputable laboratory or hospital.
  • Phlebotomy experience is preferred, demonstrating expertise in specimen collection.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, adapting to changing demands.
