Responsibilities

You will be responsible to:

  • deliver test reports to relevant department with acknowledgement according to the laboratory schedule and protocol on a daily basis
  • transport specimens along with the requisition slips according to schedule from the laboratory reception area to the concerned sections in order to avoid any delay in processing
  • distribute mail to the concerned individual, section or department on a timely-basis, as and when required
  • photocopy the materials received from authorized personnel as per the protocol
  • assist in taking telephonic messages and communicate to the concerned
  • carry equipment to the relevant departments for repair and maintenance, and deliver to respective section after maintenance/repair.
Requirements

You should have:

  • Matriculation, preferably Intermediate
  • at least one year of relevant experience
  • ability to read and write simple English
  • good interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and perform under pressure.
