As Deputy Chief Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe receipt of LNGC within the contractual laytime limit. This involves managing sufficient ullage in FSRU tanks and developing a consolidated Annual Delivery Program (ADP) that meets the requirements of all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 06 years of post-qualification experience in Oil and Gas or Public Sector, preferably with a Master's degree. They will be responsible for reviewing and approving regas plans, taking steps to safeguard SSGC's contractual rights, and finalizing annual reconciliations of Capacity and Utilization charges.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure sufficient ullage remains available in FSRU tanks for safe receipt of LNGC
  • Develop a consolidated Annual Delivery Program (ADP) in conjunction with stakeholders concerned
  • Manage contracts executed between SSGC and EETPL
  • Review and approve regas plans
  • Safeguard SSGC's contractual rights
  • Finalize annual reconciliations of Capacity and Utilization charges
  • Calculate availability of the terminal based on SSGC's nomination and daily throughput
  • Conduct Retainage and IMS audits of LNG terminal
  • Prepare and maintain LNG Risk Register (Operations & Contracts)
  • Oversee whole procurement process regarding Retainage audit & Operation and Safety Procedure (IMS) Audit
  • Maintain liaison with other stakeholders of the supply chain
  • Review and finalize maintenance plan of LNG terminal
