As a Developer/Conversion Rate Optimization, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our digital marketing campaigns using conversion-focused design principles that align with our marketing goals and the best lead generation/sales conversion practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage pixel tracking to ensure seamless data collection and analysis
  • Design and optimize landing pages using tools like Go High Level, ClickFunnels, Unbounce, or similar platforms
  • Conduct A/B testing within GHL to refine our marketing strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Manage GCLID integration in GHL campaigns to enhance campaign performance
  • Operate CMS platforms like WordPress or HubSpot to maintain website functionality and user experience
  • Execute API integrations with GHL to streamline data exchange and improve campaign efficiency
  • Develop and manage GHL automation to reduce manual workload and increase productivity
Requirements:
  • Five years of proven experience as a Developer/Conversion Rate Optimization working with performance advertising (preferably with Google and YouTube)
  • Digital Marketing Agency Experience with a strong understanding of industry best practices
  • Ability to multitask and manage time well, working on multiple projects while maintaining the highest standard of quality
  • A calm and collected approach to problem-solving, with exceptional analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an impeccable command of the English language
