Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This role requires expertise in SEO, SEM, content creation, social media management, email marketing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.). 2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to improve engagement and conversions. 3. Create and manage content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters. 4. Optimize website content and landing pages for better search engine rankings (SEO). 5. Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to achieve performance goals. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and product, to ensure alignment in marketing strategies. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. 8. Manage and monitor social media accounts and engage with followers. 9. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences. 10. Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements
To be successful as a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will need:
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills
• Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data to make data-driven decisions
• Experience in paid media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
