Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced affiliate marketing specialist to develop and execute our affiliate strategy.

This role involves creating and maintaining relationships with affiliates, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Affiliate Partnership Development: Identify and recruit new affiliate partners through various channels, and develop and optimize existing partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives, and provide regular reporting on affiliate program performance.
  • Affiliate Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing affiliates to maximize their potential, and negotiate commission structures to incentivize affiliate marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in affiliate management, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with affiliates.
  • Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written.
