This role involves managing and overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment and receipt of funds.
  • Audit and review all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with established policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other supporting documentation.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to identify and correct any discrepancies.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to accounting as needed, such as data entry and report preparation.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting and administration.
  • Proficiency with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
Working Arrangements:
  • Night shift schedule, following US-CST Time Zone.
  • Work location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
  • Remote working arrangements, including a dedicated workspace and necessary equipment.
