Job Description

The role of a System Operations Associate involves overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our infrastructure. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, identifying issues, and implementing solutions to ensure optimal system health.

You will work closely with our customer support team to resolve technical queries and provide second-level support as needed.

A key aspect of this position is your ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Your expertise in operating systems, networking, and cloud services will be essential in maintaining our infrastructure and ensuring its availability.

  • Monitor system performance and uptime

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in system administration
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (CentOS, Ubuntu)
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure)
Technical Requirements

You must have:

  • Must Haves: Strong understanding of OS packages, roles, and features
  • Nice to Have: Knowledge of security best practices, VPN protocols
