This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive CPD Officer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of CPD initiatives across the organization.

Job Description:

As a CPD Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining training records, assisting with development plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote continuous learning across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation and administration of CPD programs in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of CPD participation and certifications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Assist in preparing CPD materials, event coordination, and communication with employees to promote continuous learning and professional development
  • Help monitor individual development plans and ensure that employees meet professional standards and receive the necessary development opportunities for career growth
  • Gather and analyze feedback from CPD sessions to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external CPD activities, including seminars and workshops
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience in training, professional development, or a similar HR function
  • Strong knowledge of CPD frameworks and continuous learning principles
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS tools
