Job Title: Construction Project Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. As a Construction Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also possess a good understanding of technical drawings and blueprints, as well as familiarity with industry-specific tools, software, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinating and managing workers, including conducting site inductions and training where necessary.
  • Overseeing the construction process, including scheduling subcontractors and materials, and ensuring health and safety regulations are being adhered to.
  • Providing technical advice and resolving any problems that arise during the construction process.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
