Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager for a highway projects located in Swat, Thandiani, Zhob, Mankiyal, Bela, Karachi. The Construction Manager will oversee the day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, managing project schedules, controlling project costs, and ensuring compliance with construction safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • DAE / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 10+ Years of Experience in Road Sector
  • Minimum 5 Years of experience at Managerial Level.
  • Excellent Supervisory Skills
  • Experience in Budgeting and Project Control
  • Strong understanding of Construction and Construction Safety standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in managing highway construction projects
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
