Job Title: Primary Transportation Lead

This is a leadership role that oversees the entire transportation operation, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all outbound distribution operations, inventory control, and transportation logistics.

  • Key responsibilities include supervision of Unilever's outbound FG distribution operations, inventory control, transportation logistics, and finding new ways to optimize processes.
  • The leader must also tenders for transportation services, prepare and execute them, while controlling costs and maintaining optimal service levels.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations, with expertise in customer service, planning, and people management. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as well as proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and data-driven decision making.
