Job Title: Real Estate Lead Generator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Lead Generator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads for our real estate brokerage through various channels.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Sending targeted messages to real estate agents and property owners in designated areas to encourage them to work with our brokerage.
  • Following up on inquiries from agents and addressing their questions or concerns.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Updating our social media accounts daily with engaging content and interacting with followers and comments.
  • Developing strategies to grow our social media following and increase engagement.
  • Managing our website by adding new property listings and ensuring current information is up-to-date.
  • Creating and publishing regular blog posts using AI tools to enhance our online presence and provide valuable insights to our audience.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • A strong understanding of WhatsApp messaging and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in website management and content creation tools.
  • The ability to use AI tools for blog writing and content updates.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
