Lead Generation:

  • Follow up on inquiries from agents and address their questions or concerns.

Outreach to Property Owners:

  • Send bulk WhatsApp messages to property owners in designated areas, inquiring if they are interested in selling or leasing their property with our brokerage.

Social Media Management:

  • Update social media accounts daily, including posting content and interacting with followers and comments.
  • Develop strategies to grow our social media following and increase engagement.

Website Management:

  • Update our website with new property listings and maintain current information.
  • Create and publish a weekly blog using AI tools to enhance our online presence and provide valuable content.
Job Specification:
  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of WhatsApp messaging and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in website management and content creation tools.
  • Ability to use AI tools for blog writing and content updates.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
