Job Title: Production Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager to oversee daily production operations. This role involves supervising all staff and maintaining a smooth, efficient workflow within the production unit.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and production techniques. They should be able to track and report performance, ensuring each staff member meets daily targets and generate a weekly production report.

Maintaining inventory and ensuring all materials are available is crucial. The Production Operations Manager will also be responsible for actively recruiting skilled workers through their industry network when needed.

This role requires a strong understanding of quality assurance and process optimization. The successful candidate will ensure every garment meets our premium quality standards before moving to the next phase. They will continuously identify ways to boost productivity and minimize waste.

Excellent documentation and cloud storage skills are essential. The Production Operations Manager will maintain all production-related records and store them on a cloud-based platform accessible to senior management at any time.

Cross-department coordination is critical in this role. The successful candidate will work closely with our design and planning teams to deliver on deadlines and uphold brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
