  • Foster and grow online communities on platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, IndieHackers, and Product Hunt to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Test and optimize conversion rate optimization strategies to improve landing page and campaign performance
  • Monitor and shape our online brand reputation using sentiment tracking and listening tools to ensure positive public perception
  • Analyze data from analytics platforms like GA4, Google Search Console, and heatmaps to inform and improve marketing execution
  • Collaborate closely with design and development teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets that meet business objectives
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with near-native or native fluency in English
  • Possess a strong passion for marketing, branding, and creative storytelling
  • Showcase a data-driven approach to analyzing marketing performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Have a deep understanding of SEO principles, content marketing frameworks, and CRO techniques
  • Be excited about AI and eager to work with the latest tools in marketing automation and optimization
  • Exhibit high levels of proactivity, dependability, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience using tools like SurferSEO, SEMrush, Canva, Notion, Hotjar, or Buffer to drive marketing success
  • Familiarity with CRO tools or frameworks like A/B testing, funnel analysis, or heatmaps to optimize marketing performance
  • A proven track record of working in a startup or high-growth marketing environment
