About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Account Executive to drive sales growth, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create customized sales plans to engage potential clients effectively.
  • Meet and Exceed Targets: Achieve quarterly and yearly quotas as set by management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities.
  2. Negotiate Contracts: Effectively negotiate contracts to meet sales targets.
  3. Engage with Potential Clients: Engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and onsite visits.
  4. Prepare Proposals: Draft and present custom media solution proposals to clients.
  5. Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  6. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Ideal Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of sales experience (Preferred but not required for highly motivated individuals)
  2. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with strong relationship-building abilities
  3. Highly organized and detail-oriented
  4. Strong listening, negotiation, and closing skills
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
