Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Generative AI initiatives, driving innovation and excellence in enterprise architecture. As a seasoned Technology Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered solutions that integrate AI/ML with traditional systems, leveraging your expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI, and modern GenAI toolchains.

With extensive hands-on experience with LLMs (LLAMA, Mistral, GPT) and proficiency in advanced prompt engineering and Chain-of-Thought (CoT) methodologies, you will successfully implement 3+ GenAI applications in production, delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement AI-Powered Solutions: Develop and deploy AI-powered enterprise solutions integrating AI/ML with traditional systems, utilizing your expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI, and modern GenAI toolchains.
  • Lead and Mentor Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers in an Agile environment, driving technical decisions and strategic planning.
  • Drive Strategic Technical Decisions: Drive strategic technical decisions across infrastructure, data platforms, APIs, microservices, and AI components, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • GenAI Leadership: 3+ years of experience in leading GenAI projects, including extensive hands-on experience with LLMs (LLAMA, Mistral, GPT), expertise in Agentic AI, and proficiency in advanced prompt engineering and Chain-of-Thought (CoT) methodologies.
  • AI/ML Foundation: 4–5 years of experience building AI/ML solutions using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, capable of managing the full ML lifecycle: development, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Enterprise Architecture & Deployment: 8+ years of experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack or equivalent, deployment experience across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration and scalable deployments.
