Job Opportunity

The Technology Lead position involves overseeing the design and implementation of end-to-end AI-powered enterprise solutions that integrate AI/ML with traditional systems. As a key member of our team, you will lead and mentor a cross-functional group of engineers in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy AI-powered enterprise solutions
  • Lead and guide a cross-functional team of engineers
  • Make strategic technical decisions across infrastructure, data platforms, APIs, microservices, and AI components
Required Skills and QualificationsGenAI Expertise
  • Substantial experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) including LLAMA, Mistral, and GPT
  • Expert knowledge of Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and Agentic RAG implementations
  • Proficiency in vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, and modern GenAI toolchains
  • Advanced skills in prompt engineering and Chain-of-Thought (CoT) methodologies
AI/ML Foundation
  • Strong practical experience developing AI/ML solutions using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
  • Ability to manage the full ML lifecycle: development, deployment, and monitoring
Enterprise Architecture & Deployment
  • Full-stack development using the MERN stack or equivalent
  • Experience with deployment across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
  • Expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration and scalable deployments
  • Database knowledge: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB)
Cloud & Infrastructure
  • Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP with strong ML service exposure
  • AWS technologies: SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway
Additional Requirements
  • PREFERRED certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business needs
