We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in conversion marketing and be able to scale our clients' business using Google Ads.

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing multiple Google Ad Accounts, as well as managing multiple digital design and development projects. This role is ideal for someone who has demonstrated success in a wide range of digital marketing roles, with a specialization in Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage numerous paid campaigns for our clients across Search (SEM), Display, and Video.
  • Own and manage campaign budgets and forecast spend to ensure a high ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and generate reports measuring against client KPIs.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily for tasks such as negative keyword mining, bid adjustments, and testing different ad texts.
  • Investigate and report on campaign concerns & act as a pivotal resource for platform support, troubleshooting and resolving any issues.
  • Create monthly reports for internal reviews and client updates.
  • Manage communications with vendors and third parties to ensure projects are delivered.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  2. Demonstrable success in improving account performance for Google PPC campaigns.
  3. 2+ years of hands-on experience in conversion marketing (experience working specifically in e-commerce or real estate is considered a plus).
  4. Experience managing large client budgets.
  5. Experience with digital reporting, tagging, tracking and analytics, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  6. Ability to uncover insights from data and use quantitative methods to answer questions and to find opportunities for optimization.
  7. Experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders.
