We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS trainer to join our team of education professionals.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students preparing for the IELTS exam. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, conducting practice tests, providing constructive feedback, and tailoring teaching approaches to individual learning needs.

The ultimate goal is to help students achieve their target scores and enhance their English language proficiency.

  • Design and deliver interactive and effective IELTS preparation lessons.
  • Develop lesson plans and course materials aligned with the IELTS exam format.
  • A ssess students' proficiency levels and customize instruction to address their needs.
  • Conduct mock tests, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and achievements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Masters degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an IELTS instructor or English language trainer.
  • Strong understanding of the IELTS test format, scoring criteria, and effective preparation strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Certification in TEFL/TESOL/CELTA (preferred).
  • Proficiency with online teaching tools and platforms.
