We are seeking a results-driven Medical Billing Sales Professional to drive sales growth and expansion in the U.S. healthcare outsourcing space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, revenue cycle management (RCM), and experience in sales and business development within medical billing.
Sales Performance Metrics
- Generate new leads and opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and networking.
- Maintain a strong lead pipeline and follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Provide weekly updates on leads, outreach performance, and closed deals.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development within medical billing.
- Familiarity with CRMs and sales outreach tools.
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA and U.S. healthcare compliance is advantageous.
